I am looking for a very detailed tutorial or videos based on maintenance for a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ex500?

This is my first bike so I am clueless on keeping the bike well maintained... especially riding it hard the way that I do.

I need to give the carburetors a good cleaning, change the brakes, change or give the drive chain one hell of a good cleaning, and more.

I am looking for detailed tutorials based on this bike in particular, videos would be more appreciated.
