...quality for a size 42H? I have been able to find this particular bra/size only one place so far on the internet and it is back ordered 3 weeks. I need support now! I am a large chested overweight woman who recently has begun to walk 4 mile an hour each day. I only have cheap Walmart sports bras for now and they obviously aren't doing the job. I want to get healthy but until I have my reduction surgery in a few months, even walking is a literal pain. PLEASE HELP! REAL ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE

This may seem odd but have you ever considered taking one of your existing bras down to a taylor for alteration?

Even having perhaps a seamstress custom make you a bra. This way it's not the standard "one fits all" type. It may be costly, but if the comfort is there it may be worth it.
