I love to cook and I am trying to find a cook book that has all those gourmet foods. I love Gordon Ramsay, But I am not sure what all his books have in them. I want a book with all those scallop dishes and lamb and other nice foods that they cook. I would also like a book that can teach all those nice techniques they use. Please help. Thank you.
