I would like to grow a few small plants indoors from seed. I live in an apartment, and have no yard. I would like to find a small table top mini garden that will grow plants from the beginning. then when they are big enough re pot into regular pots for the balcony. It is late in the season, and i would love to have fresh herbs when the weather changes.
But the few I have seen are pretty expensive. Does anyone know of a small table top unit that is fairly cheap, say less than thirty dollars? I am not in the states, and will have to add in cost of shipping, and conversion to dollars most likely. Thats why i need something kind of cheap.
I miss having a yard. Full grown plants here cost too much.
