I saw it awhile back, I want to say back in the late 90's or early 2000's. Though I have no idea what the release date was. From what I can remember it started during some speech in some East Asian country, I want to say China. It was like some sort of parade going on. Anyhow, the man giving the speech was shot between the eyes I think by a sniper. Other scenes include a shed full of dead East Asian or Chinese people, and as I remember it the main star dies at the end. The main star was an American if I remember correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated, as I am new to asking questions online!
