Really all you could do is sell some of your work at local fairs. Also, hold an art show with some of your friends or other local artists - charge a few dollars to get in, and have some pieces for sale.
At 14, you're probably not going to find any part-time job, except maybe a paper route. And you might not even get that job - I know our local paper has been refusing jobs to high school students lately and saving job openings for adults because of the economy.
