I am interested in a 2008 Dodge Caravan
Its got 135,000km

Its features are;

Air Conditioning, Alarm, AM/FM Stereo, CD Player, Cruise Control, Driver Air Bag, Dual Air Bag, Hubcaps, Passenger Air Bag, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seat, Power Steering, Power Windows, Tinted Glass, Xenon Headlights

Im wondering if $11,500 is a good price for it

Ok, this is the base model, which is a nice vehicle, but not all that...

These vehicles, with high mileage/km, only pull around 8500 USD at wholesale auction. The dealer likely paid for a delivery or driver charge, paid for a cleanup, and paid for advertising. All that, they likely only have 9K invested. If it were me, I'd offer them 9750-10K USD. No more. Make sure you get a warranty that covers the powertrain for as many miles as you can. the 3.8 v6 is a pretty good engine, but that transmission, there have been some issues...(not alot, but protect yourself!).

Sidenote: Retail price of $11.5K is not too far out of line, but the dealer will NOT turn down a $750-$1,000 profit, when the deal is in front of them. Negotiate in person, not on the phone, or online.
