I am installing LED interior lights in my car Help?

The lights were wired to a controller that i do not wish to use so i took it apart and cut the wires now the wires from the led light include red for power, black for ground then there is a blue and a white wire does anyone know what they are? Each led light has the four strands on the end
 
I installed LEDS in my car with a switch. The switch (bought from my local car parts store in Australia) has three prongs on it. One of power, ground and accessories (in this case the LEDS). I wired it up to the switch and it works well. It appears the blue and white wires could be the accessories wire. Grounding the switch and putting the power to it allows you to test which wire do what safely. Maybe try that.
