lowered? Asking price good deal? Also.. The bike has 32,000 miles. The rear breaks do not work due to a missing break bracket, but the owner has ordered the part and has a mechanic that can put it on. There ar eno othe rmechanical problems and it has been dropped once..but with no damage. He is asking 900. Is this a good deal?
