I am in Quebec, I want to open a business account but have bad credit, what can I do?

I applied to 3 different banks, CIBC, desjardins and TD, all said no for my commercial account, i have personal with them but for commercial they said no. What can I do to open a Commercial Account, how can you get one if you have bad credit it makes no sense, i am not asking them for a loan or anything just an account for daily business activity. Are there any other banks, since BMO, Laurentian and NBC will probably do the same. Please help anyone
