phone...I love in WI..any ideas why? I called twice and they reprogrammed my phone...that didn't work. Then I called again...the next dip sht told me I needed to change my phone number while in NY. So I told him I wanted his supervisor and he sent the issue to tech support. I can receive/make calls and send texts but am not receiving them. Help!
