In April I got two tickets. that same month i got a set court date. however, the judge told me to come back in june to see the district attorney. but stupid me, i messed up the dates and accidently came on the day after. court is only on Mondays there. but a cop was there and verifying i was there told me to leave her a message. i left a viocemail for the judge that very minute. but i never got called back. i tried to call again today leaving a voicemail..is there any way that they forgot? and it will be totally forgotten? i know there is a penalty for missing a court date. and i just got a cellphone bill for $450 which wasnt my doing. i tried to reason with them but i still gotta pay for it. i am completely broke...any ideas?
