I am hearing impaired and I will some day live on military base with my husband.?

I was wondering if I lived on base if I could have a hearing dog with me no matter what the size of the dog is? I really would like to get a hearing dog some day for my own benefit. Specially with the possibility of maybe losing my hearing even more some day.
 
there is no regulation against havind a dog on a military base as long as it is immunized and taken care of. i had several dogs at ft Bragg and ft gordon
 
You can as long as you live in a housing area that allows pets, not all bases and not all housing areas allow pets. However you can get a waiver, if you live at one of those bases.
