I am only 13 and i having really scary thoughts and images and i am like hearing things, i don't actually see things but every time i get up for school i image someone right there with me just standing right there with me and i will like hear people talking or like the tv on but the tv wont ever be on or if i am listening to my ipod and just relaxing i will hear like chains swaying back and forth its really scaring me to no end can someone please help me with this? Give me any solutions?
I have talked to my parents but they have not done anything they think i am crazy. I cant even sleep at nights anymore and it only happens at my house no where else just my house. This just started happening a week ago i don't know what is causing it but it is really starting to get worse. The weird thing is about it is that i never happens at the day time only at night.
