I have changed from O2 online pay as you go tariff to their simplicity tariff which was not simple when it came to sending and receiving photo messages. I cannot even go on WAP. I have phoned up the service centre, tried receiving and installing the settings again even taken it to an O2 shop. As well as the store I brought it from. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve the issue other then buy a new phone? The phone I have is a Sony Ericsson K550i.
