defend myself.? My husband did a sneaky dirty trick. I was served on March 15, and the papers that I have say that I have 20 days to respond. The court had a hearing on March 22 without me knowing and granted him temp custody. I am scared to death and so are my children. I can't get any help because we have a long history. We are separated and have been since before Christmas. He is coming this weekend to get the Children I'm sure. But I have not had my due process. I need to Quash and respond and get a new hearing! He is making me and my children very anxious. I am just one step ahead of him. Please Help! With legal advice!
