Husband had on and off 3 year affair with younger woman and I think that they have been together and talked on the phone since I confronted him about it now he don't want the divorce that I filed for says he loves me and wants to make our marriage work He will not let me view his cell bill how do I know that he is being sincere after so many years of deception and betrayal I am so lost and confused any suggestions
