I am going vegetarian and need some extra guidance, help?

I am highly considering going "vegetarian" because I was just totally grossed out about eating meat and I felt horrible for the chicken... Anyway.. I intend on eating eggs- but I am naturally dairy free and gluten free. The only fish I eat is tuna from a can. I think I saw something like pescetarian? and ovo-vegetarian. So would I be considered ovo-pecetarian? Because I eat a small amount of fish and organic eggs? I'd like to clairy it as I research, so if you have ideas let me know!

Yes, you would be ovo-pescetarian (:
Vegetarians do eat animal products, but the type of animal products they eat is indicated by the prefixes lacto- (milk and milk products) or ovo- (egg and egg products) or lacto-ovo- (both). Because not all veggies eat the same animal products. Someone who eats no animal products is a vegan.
And a pescetarian is someone who follows a mainly vegetarian diet, but includes fish.
So, IMO, I would call what you eat ovo-pescetarian, but since most vegetarians simply call themselves 'vegetarian', without using the prefixes to describe what kind of vegetarian they are, you could simply say you are pescetarian.

You'll still be an omnivore. You will not be a vegetarian in any way shape or form. If it makes you feel better, you can say you eat a mainly vegetarian diet but that you still include fish.
