the thing is, im gay, and my friend? I am going to meet a cute boy for a date at our schools football game but the thing is, im gay, and my friends will be there who don't know im gay. I doubt they know hes gay, but he doesn't match the type of friends i have so i can't really be like "oh hes a friend." What do i do? Do i not go and see him? Do i just risk being outted by this. I feel like im going to throw up or something.
 
but he IS a friend. you're not boyfriends yet, right? just play it cool. if he wants to be affectionate say you're not a publicly affectionate person.
 
There's no reason why you wouldn't be friends with someone who doesn't seem to fit your "style", I have a friend and we do NOT fit, actually sometimes people stare.
If anyone asks just say he's a friend from out of school and "he's cool, no worries".
