I am going to get a Baja 196cc mini bike for Christmas. What are laws for

riding around my neighborhood? I have been doing research on laws for riding around a neighborhood but all I can find is street laws. I live in Indiana and all they say is that you must have a license plate, headlight, tail light, and turn signals. I don't think I will need this (except for headlight, but it comes with one) since I won't be riding in streets. Just neighborhood roads. I used to have a small mini bike and I never got pulled over or anything.
Are there any laws for neighborhood riding?
I am 13 years old.
