I want to enlist next month.. that should give me enough time to work up to where i want to be before i leave for BMT. Is there any fool proof things i can do to get into the shape i want to be before i leave? My goal is to be at least at Thunderbolt status before i go. that's a 12 minute 1.5 mile run, 32 push ups in 2 minutes.. 55 sit ups, and 2 pull ups. That way i don't die during basic. lol Any ideas?
