I Am Going To Confess My Feelings For This Guy I Like...Help?

I want to confess to the guy that I like next week but am I rushing it? Should I get closer to him and know him more. Right now he is the guy who is in my english class and throws shot-put on the track and field team. I couldn't even say 'hi' to him this morning when I saw him. Most people won't even consider us friends. Please help me.
 
Try befriending him first and see if you really like him after getting to know him better. Also, what do you expect after confessing to him? You have to be ready for the consequences of that confession. Best of luck!
 
Not the best idea to confess your love to someone. Get to know him a bit better and make him like you before confessing your love :)
