I am going to buy one nokia N81 cellphone.?

It having the connectivity features WLAN, GPRS, EDGE & WCDMA etc. But no HSDPA technology installed.Please answer me - Am I able to use Action Voip to make international calls from this mobile...
I heard for fast internet connection HSDPA is must. Is it correct. Nokia N81 will help me for voip calls??
