...pictures to finish up..? How do I write a contract so that he can only have them for personal use?
How do I write a contract so that he can only have them for personal use, or whatever so they don't end up posted online or something?
 
For something like that you do not write up your own contract. You must have a lawyer do it or there will be loop holes I promise you. If it is not worth the expense of a lawyer to you, then you do it at your own risk.

No pictures or contract. The artist will have to hire you for a second setting if necessary.
