I am going to an Art Show and I don't know what to wear?

I am going to an art show with the Rotary Club and I have entered some paintings and I have never been before. I am really unsure of what to wear. I don't know if it is a formal thing or just a casual thing like jeans and a nice top.. can anyone help me so I don't turn up overdressed or too casual .. please .. ??
