I am getting ready to file for divorce but my husband is keeping my car from me....

...Is there anything I can do? both of our names are on the vehicles and we have kids. He said that since I work in the same town we live in I can walk. Do I have to wait for a judge to make him give me the car or can I do something now?
 
I feel this is a question that ONLY an atty. could give you the correct ans. to this question properly & fairly. I'm SURE you wouldn't want anything to happen to YOUR CHILDREN either over the fight of a car! Do keep their welfare. This is a question for the law to make the finial decision. Best to you...:)
