I am gay and I am in love with my business partner please help?

I am in love with my business partner who is also my best friend. He is married and have a child. He doesn't know that I am gay or maybe he guess. I know that he likes me a lot and sometimes I feel like he loves me too. but I am never sure what should I do? Do you think that I should come out? or Do you think that I should go on without saying anything or do you think that I should finish the friendship. I am unhappy in the current situation.
 
If he is your best friend then you should ofcourse come out to him. NOT that you're in love with him but that you're gay. His reaction can be mixed. If you are going to risk you're lively hood over coming out, its not something i would recommend stay professional in work, but if he is your best friend you should come out to him. His reaction should lead you the rest of the way. Good luck
