Individual tax number what is that? I also need to put in my gross and net income however this is the first year of business and I have filed an extension on my taxes and therefore have no gross or net income to place in these fields because my taxes are not done and I have no previous year's taxes to submit. What do I put here if I do not have actual numbers?
 
Since you have employees, your EIN is your tax id.
As for numbers, put est. after them.

Be advised, I don't see how a brand new company is going to be able to offer a detailed training plan and prove that this training isn't availble in the alien's home country.
