I am exercising, but I am losing weight, I don't want to, help?

HELP! I am about 105 pounds and I am totally skinny (guy) and I want to gain weight but also gain muscle mass. I started exercising because muscle weighs more. AND i started eating a lot, like over stuffing myself at dinner and lunch (eating healthy). BUT after two weeks I lost 4 pounds!! That is not good for me, not at all, I don't want to go under 100 pounds, I want to gain weight but at the same time gain muscle mass, this isn't working at all. This is actually unhealthy for me, is there anything I can do?
