I'm really uncomfortable and cant take it anymore. I am in constant pain and it hurts to move.My mom didn't dilate until the hospital broke her water when she had me but had contractions. Please Help Me... And If All Your Going To Say Is Wait Until She's Ready DON'T COMMENT!!! SIDE NOTE: I've Had A Headache For 4 Days Now... (Is That Important?)
Yes This Is My First Baby And As For Having Sex, My Body Hurts Too Bad... I Can Barely Stand Up Let Alone Open My Legs To Have Sex. As Of Last Week No I Didn't Dilate But like I said My Mom Didn't Either....
Also, I've been Eating Spicy Food My Entire Pregnancy So I Doubt That Would Have An Impact.

Sex is the best way. But walking is good. I felt terrible for 2 weeks before my daughter broke my water. I am 35.5 weeks now and starting to feel that same horrible way.
Good luck!

Eat spicy foods, have sex (unless you were told not to by your doctor), go walking around the mall and up and down stairs, and do some stretching exercises. Of course this might not cause labor to start right away, but it can help you get closer to your actual labor. My sister was having contractions but the hospital would not admit her until her water broke and she was more dilated. She walked up and down the stairs in the hospital and little did everyone know, 1 hr later her water broke. She was 3 days before her due date. Good luck with everything and I wish you well in your labor and delivery.

I wouldn't recommend eating a spicy curry if your not used to it. Remember what you eat, you will be pushing out in the next few days! So u don't want to go into labour and have dioreah. That would be both uncomfortable and embarrassing. Go for a nice walk. Do some steady starjumps.
