I am doing an ABC book about the country of Chad...?

I am doing this for a Geography project. I need something for every single letter. I have something for everything except for Q, and X. If you could find something describing Chad using one of those letters I will be super happy.
 
This may be stretching things a bit but.......

For the letter X:

Quicklime can be produced from one of Chad's major natural resources, limestone.

Xenocracy (government by a body of foreigners) ended in Chad on August 11, 1960 when it gained its independence from France.

The X one is a real stretch : D
