i am 22 yr male. excercise daily dont do much weights only to tone up and get strenght i do boxing 3-5 times a week. run like crazy. all i want is to run faster and be able to do 80 sit ups in 2 minutes. i take vitamins and have a protein rich diet. i only got a couple of weeks to achive this. does anybody know anything about this product? is there bad side effects?
