support debt, will i be resposible? He also owes to me and another woman.. I do not want to have my income taz taken at the end of the year i have kids to support still. Has anyone been in this situation?
Don't marry him! Yes you will be responsible for his debts. If he doesn't work they'll take money from your paycheck for child support. When you get married you become one in everyway.
Do not file your taxes together if he owes. you should defiantly encourage him to get on some kind of payment plan if he owes. You can not get financed for a home and a ton of other things if you want to apply for credit together. Good Luck
