I am currently on a goal to obtain abs. Although I know the basics (eating right etc)?

I am still in the dark about the little details. I don't know what foods contain the most protein, nor do i know how many times a day to eat. I don't own any equipment built for my type of goal either. I guess what I'm asking is if any knows where i can find a full guide ( and i mean full ) on how to achieve this in the least amount of time possible for my situation.
