...of exercises to do? The past week Ive been walking, and doing a workout routine every other day. I do situps, lunges, squats, the exercise ball routines, leg raises, and a bunch of other stuff. The routine is about 45 minutes long when you add the stretch and warm up. I always feel the results the next day, but Im wondering if this will help? I know i need to burn fat in order to see the muscles im toning, and Im hoping the walking will help that, should I focus more on walking, or is the 45 min routine good to do? I feel really good when I do it, and I would like to be able to lose 100 pounds.
