...as a broker? I am trying to broker a take over of a company and i wanted to know what contracts i can use to make sure i will always stay in the picture and that i get my commission. Are there any contracts i can make the buyer or seller sign so that the buyer and seller cannot leave me out of the picture? Something like in real estate where there is the exclusive right to sell....
