can I beat this case? The accident was my fault and it involved two other cars we went to court and I remembered I was giving a warning since I had no accidents on my record. My insurance as far as I know repaired the other cars involved. After 5 yrs am being served to show up in court and the Plaintiff is claiming $4,803.38 plus costs. According to the Plaintiff I was driving carelessly and in a negligent manner. But what happened was it was raining that day and my braked failed me as a result I smashed into a car at the light which also smashed into a car in front of it. I want to know how can I beat this case. Thanks.
