its like when i call on a customer service, they were the one whos in control and i can't fight on anything that they have said, another is when i am trying to buy something from a store, i am always concius on whether the seller will get angry at me or what are other customers thinking on what i am buying, its really weird feeling and i really need some expert help, an article on the net or a pretty good book, please suggest some. thank you in advance =)
