I am attending a March outdoor wedding. Its mid-late afternoon. Any ideas on

attire do's and don'ts?? I? I will be somewhat of a greeter/host.
I live in south louisiana.. so the weather will probably be around 50 - 80.. you never know!!!
 
Pointy heels get stuck in grass, wear shoes that are easy to walk in on the ground
 
Not knowing where makes it a little harder to suggest something. In the north it could still be quite cool. In the south it could be hot. But wear something really nice but not ground length. Check the weather the day before so you can have an umbrella handy if that is necessary.
Don't wear heels that could sink into the ground. Maybe a wide brim hat if it's going to be really sunny. Have some suntan lotion on hand.
