am willing to downgrade ? tiers to move home (NY). In addition to this it is not so much my concern if employers would rather a student from a higher ranked school, I just cannot (for my own sanity) remain in this area. Thus, would the GPA requirement be any different if I "downgrade" to say a 3rd tier school (I know its about 3.something or top 10-15% of class if you want to upgrade)?
