school. need some suggestions.? I want to live in a city with a good art scene.. I also need a city with a good art school, or university with a strong art department. I know there is always California or New York, but I'm not ready for the cost of living to sky rocket ( like I said, I'm in Oklahoma!) Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!
