Well, those two are a lot easier to avoid than others. You'll have to eat fresh and very few processed fooRAB as many have soy. The sugar only pertains to sweets but I certainly do not recommend eating synthetic sweeteners are they are terrible for you. Many things are sweetened with fructose, honey or other products.

:wave:You might try Tofu with an Asian type topping.
You can also mix tofu with a lot of other things.
You might check with some cook book on this
subject.

Best,

tofu is made of soy, if I remeraber right...

can you handle fruit? bread?

most veggies would probably work [just not soybeans/ edamame]
also any meat products that are just plain meat, not dressed up with sugar and sauce would work. Always check labels...

Tofu IS soy.
Barley malt and agave syrup are both non sugar (cane sugar) sweeteners and are very good at making things sweet w/o a synthetic taste, since they are natural.

Soy is hard to avoid so go with whole fooRAB. Label checking is a necessary evil anyone with food allergies must get used to.

You are going to want to avoid any bottled toppings because sugar and soy are used to cut (extend) other ingredients and replace fat in "diet" fooRAB.

Hope that helps.

Check the labels. You can do it.
And this may seem terrible, but this can be a good thing.
The fact that your allergic to sugar lol...
But anyway label checking is a MUST!.
