I am about to bike for an hour how many calories will I burn?

Okay its not just that I am, but I was wondering if I did this everyday for 2 weeks would i lose weight?

Another question totally off topic but a question. I am constantly drinking lipton ice tea? I was wondering since it is made out of water does it have the same effects becuse its like the only way i drink water?
ummm make that 1/2 an hour. . .
 
it really all deepends w. the biking with the intensity and your current weight.. BUT if i had to give a good guess i would say that u would would burn about 350-400 calories on average
if u did this everyday for 2 weeks... 3500 calories is in a lb so 400 x 14 days = 3600 calories... so u would burn about 1 lb of pure fat :]

lipton ice tea has a ton of sugar in it so it has alot of calories so it is definitely not the best choice but it is good that u r staying hydrated
 
about 100 calories. And in about 2 weeks you'd lose around about ... 6 pounds?

Yes and drinking lipton ice tea is fine for you :)
 
It totally depends on how you ride

If you are pusing your bike hard up hill you are more likely to burn more calories than easy riding down hill

As for the iced tea, I should image that it contains a lot of sugar, the basic ingrediant in most soft drinks is water but it doesnt mean you get the same effects from them
 
Not too sure about the lipton ice tea but might i suggest a flavor that you like of vitamin water it is high in vitamins but high in sugar. Yes you will burn calories depending on what you eat.
