How do I go about getting all the secret recipes, like General Tso's chicken? I figured I would infiltrate disguised.

don't be silly! Just go to college! Or pay one to teach you! Do you know how many poor chinese people there are? Learn some chinese too.. It helps you know. Like "plum sauce" in chinese is "hoi sin sauce". Don't make excuses just do it!
 
dude its not like its a chinese secret... lol.... just ask around for good chinese food recipes. then open your store. then sell the food. ( i would recommend geting chinese servers to make it look like a chinese establishment) just so it doesnt look like we took over ..lol
