...footpath through my rented garden? I have lived on site for 8 years paying rent for the school house I live in . I was told on Friday that school are putting a footpath through the middle of my garden for school access. It will be used 52 weeks a year from the hours of 7.40 till 6pm as there is a before and after school club.
 
As it is their property, I really don't think that you have any choice, you may have a case for not having the path too close to your windows. Good luck.
