...distribute? I know that there was the great american condom campaign, but it doesn't seem to be going on anymore. Does anyone else have any ideas?
 
1. The safest sex, by far, is no sex.
2. Good luck finding free condoms. SOMEONE will have to pay for them somewhere along the line: there is no condom mine in Colorado or anything like that. Nothing in life is free. If you're willing to pay out-of-pocket and give them away for free, then more power to you.
3. If you try the local clinic or hospital, they're not going to be too happy if you take a lot of them. Maybe then they won't be free anymore!
 
Why not contact the condom manufacturers, I'm sure they have programs in place for just this type of program. They may even have some educational materials they could give you to help out with safer sex education. Seems it would be worth a try anyway.
