There are 3 para-planner positions that I am extremely interested in BUT they are not at the point of hiring. I am fully licensed (series 7, 66 and life/health) and have 2 years to get my licenses put somewhere or face losing them. I am working towards my CFP too and want to be a fee only financial planner. My delima is do I take a position with a company that I might not care about in order to have a place to put my licnenes until one of those companies become available or do I hold out and wait until one of those companies which might be 6 months or even longer. I have enough to hold out 3 months max.
