These people have not paid rent since may. They seem to be professional scammers and have now asked the court for an extension on their move out date which was supposed to be yesterday. What can I do? I am not rich by any means and the law seems to side with the tenants which in this case are living free off of me. I own this one 2 flat which I also live in and pay mortgage on. Help
