I am a business order, making about $78k. Went to H&R block, and owe 12k for SE tax,

11k income tax.? Total of about 27k due to also needing to pay California tax of 4-5k.

Last year i filed i only paid about $8k when i filed for about 40k or so. This is a complete shocker to me since i made about $78000 and paying more than 33% on taxes.

Someone help!
