i went to the er and the dr with bleeding in the early part of my pregnancy and they told me it is normal to bled some after having sex. they said to only be concerned if the bleeding is really heavy and/or accompanied by cramping. and your breastfeeding should harm your current pregnancy. if you are having concerns call your dr.
 
If the spotting happened after sex then I was told by my Dr to expect that. When I went in for my first appt & they did a pap smear I also started bleeding & the Dr said that is normal because you have an increase of blood flow down there. If you're concerened, call you Dr.
 
after i had sex. Should i worry? I am also still breast feeding my 11 month old 21 pound baby. I also have a cold with cough. I miscarried my first baby, so this is my third pregnancy. Should i stop breastfeeding?
